We want you to be completely satisfied with your French Connection purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like jewelry and swimwear are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
